Returns
We accept returns on merchandise unused, in a resalable condition with tags attached for exchange or refund with in 14 days of purchase.

If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase there is a 15% restocking fee.

After 60 days, goods will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Any shortage or wrong items received must be reported within 10 days. No claims will be accepted after 10 days for those reasons.

No returns are accepted on custom or clearance items.

All merchandise sold in sets must be returned in sets.


Return Merchandise Authorization
No return merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly displayed on exterior packaging for processing. An RMA can be obtained by calling a Fighting With Vengeance Customer Service or Sales Representative at 616.366.8827. We recommend Recorded Post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.


Credit
You will be credited by the original method of payment.

Goods are returned to Fighting With Vengeance at your own expense. A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling will be charged to your credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund or credit.
